A highly respected executive professional in health care management, Paul DellaRocco has been instrumental in the management of multiple assisted care facilities, nursing homes,clinics and facilities for children (educational and clinical). Currently, Paul DellaRocco serves the Haelen Group as CEO and president. He also served as a member of the governing council within the Maternal and Child Health Section of the American Hospital Association.
Representing close to 2000 members, the Section for Maternal and Child Health within the American Hospital Association is instrumental in forming policies, strategies, and a wide range of services that strive to improve health status within communities. The governing council, regional policy board, committees, task forces, and work groups are made up of peer-appointed health care leadership representatives.
Maternal and child health presents a wide range of section-specific requirements and challenges, all of which the AHA Maternal and Child Health Section is equipped to manage. Some of these include the promotion and development of advocacy measures for women and children in hospital environments; complex member services within women’s and children’s hospitals; and maintaining professional relationships with associations and organizations concerned with women’s and children’s hospital matters.
